you need to find a hosting provider. lots of hosting providers also offer domain names which you'll need. I personally use Hostgator for my sites.

after you register a domain name and purchase a hosting package, there's a section to upload your files. This is just an example and Hostgator might not be right for you. Just Google hosting providers and you'll see what's out there.
