Since you have learnt HTML the next obvious step would be css and after that JavaScript. These 3 things are important if you want to be a web developer.

PS: I wouldn't call HTML a programming language. Mark up language is more suitable.

After I learned HTML I found CSS and JavaScript easier to learn. Both these will give more details and style to your web page.
