Which one is easier C++ or JS or php

When I worked in Engineering firm to develop electronic projects.
C++ was very easy,
JS and PHP were very tough.
So my gadgets mainly worked on itself, and seldom connect to internet.

Now I am a web developer, no longer use C to write any electronic cpu firmware.
JS and PHP are very easy,
but C++ is very tough for me now.

The moral of my story is dont worry too much about the difficulties of learning a language, it really depends where we focus on.

PHP easiest
js easier
c++ very tough,
my Personal opinion, PHP not my strong suit but I heard like that.
moreover area of application is also required for calculating toughness, all 3 are used in different purpose, so in a way it's tough to relate
