Best brain foods & snacks for learners?

Mostly the quality of learning depends on the brain friendly foods like raisin & nuts (eat while learning!) =)) and an ounce of blueberries as a daily brain supplement will boost brain's sharpness, memory, & creativity... any other suggestions of easy & tasty snacks while learning? brain can get hooked on learning materials for days, (something that many learn over the years usually grasped over few nights at such telencephalic stage of brain's development) to be in that mode consequently have to eat a lot!
