How to evaluate sentences In java using nlp or someother way?

Question

I'm planning to create a mini project for evaluating exam papers in my college. And I've used OCR to extract the text from the papers. Now I need to evaluate those data using the answer script I already have on my computer. And those answers need not to be the same as in the answer script and I just need to compare the answers with the answer script.Can I use NLP for this? If yes how to use it. If no suggest me other ways. I need to do this in java.
