i want to make a func that zip folders and also sending them by powershell. i hope that make it clear! also i'm using windows.

What are you looking to do? Make your program process the data itself or make use of an existing program executed from yours. In the second case, what system does it need to run on.

There are public domain source code for zip on Internet. Just document where you got it in your comments and you are free to use & modify as you want. I don't know anything about powershell beyond Microsoft.
