Rails weapon in sololearn?! who contributes?

Do we have possiblity to suggest weapons?
A section where we suggest quiz of suggested weapon.
Example:
1- Rails:
- migration operations: ex redo
- generate ...
...
2 - Git:
- basic commands: add,commit,branch, ...
- manage braches:merges, rebase operations ...

Why not to contribute and suggest courses too?
Unless there is no tools for the code section, needed for courses
