C# or C++ which is best for game developer??

It depends on your priorities. If you want to do big AAA games then C++ is mostly used by big companies to make their games. If you are more of a solo developer or want to do smaller projects, C# would be the way to go. although its finding its way to various pretty big projects too. C# is also easier to get started with and start building stuff, so you may get a better sense of accomplishment.
