Can anyone learn python language

I know HTML and CSS and I have a tutor that wants to take me on Javascript and python language. Should I learn python instead of c# or PHP?

yep..i suggest you to learn pyton because for learning c# and php ;you know for basic theory of prigramming and everything pyton is helpful ..for a brief outlook ..and you can easily and quickly complete it ..not a big deal and then do the others😊

yep fpr web development you need php html and for app development you need c# pyton mainly java ...swift for ios .;android studio for android😊are helpful for doing all these ..my suggestion is start with pyton as it is understandable and you need that flow..youll get it 😊😊
