How to make mobile application using c#? which text editor needs??

I‘ve already written some mobile apps in C#. The easiest way is to use a modern version of Visual Studio and install Xamarin with it. Xamarin is integrated in VS and the workflow is quiet simple. You can create iOS and Android apps which run natively on the devices. But in my opinion, Java, which is normally used to create Android apps, is a bit similar to C#.
