Is it a good practice to learn two or more languages at a time?

It depends, many people say its a bad practice. But think of this, when you are in school, do you learn one subject/unit at a time? No. So in programming, you can also learn 2 or more languages provided you practice them. Regards.

Depends on u... if you can understand both at the same time.. go with it.. Personally.. if ur new to programming.. starting with only one might be a better choice But still.. it differs from person to person..

It really depends on your brain capacity!if you can handle two at a time no problem. But for a beginner I wouldn't really advice that!Master one language first move to the others later

What ever works for you. But its way better to learn and concentrate on one and master it, than 12 different languages all at the same time. Thats what i did and I don't know how to use any of them. lol. So now im just going to concentrate and master one. I chose JavaScript as my language to master. Wish me luck! Im going to need it. Seriously, its going to be hard!
