Why iostream can't be used in C?

Why <iostream> can't be used in C? If it can be used then, we can use cout and cin in C too....

bcz it is a pre- defined standard process
tell me one thing why can't i call your name "boo"
bcz your parents predefined your name as KOUSTAV DHAR, i have to follow your parents pre defined name to call you , and you have to type my name to call me, you can't question like that why you call me as"koustav dhar"....

😂😂😂that's just like why USB 2(c) can't give the speed of USB 3(c++) while USB 3 can transfer at the rate of USB 2 for USB 2 devices and USB 3 speed for USB 3 devices ...becoz it's backward compatible... that's what advanced version is introduced for.

C++ is the one with iostream. Not C.
IOstream was introduced in C++, the upgraded version of C

I know that we can use stdio.h in C but...my question is why we can't use iostream in C...Please anyone answer...
