How did you begin learning code?

I'm currently studying on freeCodeCamp. I use SoloLearn, Programming Hub, and Enjoy to supplement my main course. I am going to begin Udemy after i get a better grasp of java. I'm curious to see if other people chose a route like I have, or if your paths were more traditional, less traditional? Please tell me about the first few months and platforms of your coding experience, so i can scale my own first steps.

I just started in August, with SoloLearn. What kept me going, upon the challenges was the joy of making stuffs later. There were times, I just wanted to stop, but instead I took breaks. Some other times, I won't understand at all, or I forget. but now it's a thing of the past and it gives me more fire to move on and be better at what I do.

Years ago, on a lot of different websites especially W3School. I've tried a lot of websites like freeCodeCamp and Programming Hub.. However, SoloLearn is cool !
