can some one explain what i would have to do to make a website for apk's?

thats the project thats been in the back of my head. i just dont have any relevant content to build a web page around. im just fumbling in a universe full of empty flex boxes and way too many divs.

l want to build one. make an inventory of apks on a cloud server and... ya, thats about it. idk if i only have 25 apps on it i just kinda want to ya know.

my issue is i dont really got any way to apply what i learn. i see why designers and coders are seperate professions now. when i sit down itchin to get a project going i am at a loss for content, like a theme && content to go with it. i just end up making a layout and get deadlocked because of anoying a$ bugs and restart .
what should i do? i dont want to like copy content off www. i want to make it myself.

its like the divs always aren't want to go anywhere margin wont work and idk what to do. i just dump it and start again... stupid divs
