Can't remembef codes,

I'm a complete beginner, some weeks ago, I started learning python but my problem is forgetting some codes by the time so I go back to it and I waste lot of time,, some peaces of advice please

Practice a lot before you forget, that way you will remember it.
Then, practice again so that it becomes natural
