Is my challenge blocked?

Couple of days ago I posted a challenge and today I was informed by one of the participants of the challenge that he cannot post his answer to my question. I just tried it and observed that even I cannot post an answer to my question. I was wondering if my question has neen blocked?

Yes @Yash But I would like to see why my question has been block (of course if it has).

It happens to me frequently.
I have answers to question but by far, I have seen 100s of questions I cannot type my answer in.
A bug?
