Java and Swift probably quickest route to what you're asking.

Regardless of which resource you pick, you're going to be constantly researching further resources and learning more. SoloLearn is a great place to get introduced to them, and afterward, you'll want to seek further resources to learn more on it. There is a lot to learn with each one, so that's a seemingly never-ending battle.
Keep pushing and learn all that you can. Practice it equally as much. The best way to become a skilled developer is to keep learning and developing.

You're welcome. As for if SEO will help, it'll help in regard to what SEO is useful for. It's not a bad thing to know, so it certainly won't hurt, although it doesn't do much in the way of teaching you how to program. It is something that's good to know though, so it's good you're an expert in it.

You're more than welcome, Mahir. I'm glad I was able to assist you in some way with all of this.
For myself, I enjoy learning all of it. I specialize in the programming side of things, but I've taken the time to learn web development/design because it's helped me in other projects. Currently, I do a lot of work in business intelligence / automation, as well as development of corporate tools/workforce software for employees. Most of the software I created was written in either C# or Java, but in the process of all this I had to create an intranet website for the company, which is why I ended up learning web development also. However, after I created the intranet website, I haven't had much of a need for the web design/development stuff I learned previously, but it's still good to know for whenever I do need it again.
I'm in the process of transitioning into game programming and getting away from the corporate programming stuff. So right now my main focus is shifted to C#, C++, and Java. I won't need much in the way of web design, so I'll be focused primarily on programming above all else.
As you can see, there are many paths for us to take with all of this. It's always been best for me to focus and learn whatever best compliments what I'm doing at the time. So I learn whatever is required in order to successfully accomplish whatever my current goals are. It's like a big adventure that you're constantly learning more about and exploring.

If you're focused on wanting to create apps, then I would focus on the programming side of things. Become more familiar with Java, Kotlin, and Swift and practice what you can with it. This will help you out the best in regard to the development of your apps.
Afterwards, it can't hurt to learn the web design/dev stuff, as it'll help you be able to accomplish the things that you need on that end also. However, in the meantime, it's better to focus on what best compliment what you're doing currently/first.
