Probably Scratch or any other programming language in which you have just to put some blocks around the screen.

@Valdrin, before to edit the comment i inserted the phrase "programming languages" between double quotes, to emphasize they actually are not programming languages... then i read these two lines from the Wikipedia's page: [ ... Scratch is a free visual programming language developed by the MIT Media Lab ]

Is writing a text a "programming language" with the reader being the "compiler" since you program him to say a sequence of words which you chose? (^:
