Which language is the best for beginners to learn?

Hi, I want start to learn some languages and I want to know with which one to start? Not which is easiest than which one is best to be first learned?

nikola , if you did not coded before.
you must start with c++ or html.
cheak the glossery section and some codes for getting an idea.

kunal python is too difficult for un- experienced .
ruby is though better
