Please should I learn HTML, CSS before I learn JavaScript??

It depends, if you want to make your own websites, then go with what everyone else told you. But if you are just learning how programming works and want to stay on only thing logic side, then you may skip the previous ones.

Yup, HTML first , then CSS, then JavaScript.

HTML is a basic markup language.
CSS is a bit more complucated makeup set.
JS is the brains of a web code...
