What do you think about starting programming console or form applications?

Everything that you'll learn on SoloLearn you can do via console. So for now, while you're learning the basics of the language, you can focus on console. However, as you progress, and you start to learn/practice forms, then obviously you'll use forms at that point over console. It's just relative to the task you're doing and nothing more.

What do you mean? Both are useful, just depends what you're doing. A lot of the server-side stuff I create is consoles, and most of what is presented to my clients is form applications. When learning, most things won't require you to have forms, so console would suffice for the purpose of testing/learning. Learn how to effectively use both though.
