How can one to code an app like facebook or twitter that usee the internet.

Any ideas and tutorials would be great.

you need to learn all the necessary front-end & back-end languages, frameworks like html, css, JavaScript, a server side language like PHP or ruby with some framework like rails for ruby( Twitter was originally built on it ). for database management SQL or something else.

You need to learn ruby on rails. If you start learning it will automatically teach you everything like, css, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap etc. Coz everything is required in in ruby on rails to built the web apps
