If you've got a desktop, it's better than the Code-Playground. If you're just having a phone, Code-Playground is better than anything else. There are limitations to some advanced modules in the Code-Playground, a PC helps here. P.S. When you can't use PC, use mobile and vice-versa. (edited)

Yes it is a good one. It supports a wider range of modules than Code Playground

I find the playground, fast and easy to use for quick code snippets. I like the fact that code in the playground can be shared easily. But if you really build something use a pc while the playground is very limited.
