How to get on with web designing?

So i am here reading html, and don't know how to make a website. I want to learn backend frontend html etc. Can someone plese help me out.

Firstly you need to start learning CSS course. When you completed the course, you have idea how web designing works.

You have finished HTML and Javascript course but not learn any CSS yet, I'm not surprised you don't know how to make a website.

also pick a backend framework like ruby on rails, or Django (python), then you can create web apps
