Foundation has a few advantages over bootstrap, you can find below.

* There are base CSS appearances built in. So you dont have to add classes to be responsive.
* There is a few additional built in widgets
* Grid system has more capabilities (centered colums, collapsed columns)
* Supports and coursessl.

How ever foundation is a bit advanced usage of CSS, some may find bootstrap is more easy or flexible to use.
