🙋Question : Can you explain the "programming" or "concept of programming" to a 6 year old ? If yes, then how ?

Hi guys, I have a simple question for you that, Can u explain the concept of programming to a kid ? If u can , I am eager to know how ? can you explain me what is programming in the simplest way you can? Can you give an example by explaining any one concept from programming to us assuming that we all are kids. If you can't explain it simply, You don't understand it well enough. - Albert Einstein

The answer is yes it can be done, but not via this format. I've done it with my son who is now planning on majoring in computer science in college. It took months of getting him to understand logic and figuring out breaking things down into baby steps. We fixed machines, built wooden projects, etc. starting around 4. When he was able to tell me how to do something new based on that experience, I let slip that he might be able to program the computer to build his own game. A month later, it was tested and working all prior to his 6th birthday. Not to mention, he can build furniture, repair cars, edit & post youTube how-to videos, and fix all manor of electronic equipment.
