Please i need help with HEX color

I am starting to get a feel of what HTML looks like. but I would really appreciate if someone can help me with the HTML HEX value and how I can use them effectively without always goggling any color I need

Hex color codes are composed of a sharp followed by either 3 or 6 characters (from 0 to F) depending of the wanted precision. The first character(s) indicates the amount of red your color will have The second one(s) is about green, and the last one blue. You can get any color you want mixing these three elementary ones as you wish For instance, red color would be #F00 or #FF0000, using 6 digits here is useless btw
