Following all your followers

Question

Due to this being SoloLearn (and not Facebook, etc.), is it considered okay (and polite / respectful) to follow every person who follows you?

EDIT: Leaving this unsolved for now as the responses so far (only 2 when I type this edit) are very helpful.
Note that I follow out of kindness, or interest of their work (the former, just because they followed me, is rare for me on regular social media).

I personally follow people back as a courtesy, but it's not required.

every person has its own reason to follow someone and to follow someone, because that one is following you, is one possible reason 👍😉

No it is not necessary. People follows us according to their Will.
But many times I see that some people which is following us want equal reactions. Well satisfied by@Stone 😌😄🍓

i dnt think it's necessary. it's the wish of a person to follow his followers.
there's no point of being polite or respectful in this case. it's your choice.
