Can I learn ruby or python, without learning c++, java or other lanaguage?

you can start learning those 2 scripting languages and they provide you with enough learning material for at least 2 years to master them and their modules and frameworks but in the end you should consider learning c++ or java too because you are missing out on enforced oop and typesavety + they are widly used in corporations

Both are good,
But start with python then go to ruby. You will get a better experiance from those two, but python is just good by its self
Ruby is also a great begginer language
