What is a better way to use css?

Question

I'm currently seeing a lot of people using a language called less. I hear CSS4 is coming out soon. I want to get the hang of writing cleaner css.

Less and Sass are just nicer and faster tools to deal with CSS. In the end the code you write with both of these languages are compiled down to CSS. I was sceprical when I saw them, but once I tried them I loved them ^^

I enjoy less. Don't know much about sass. I really enjoy not having to keep rewriting the same code. I just don't know if I should continue learning less or if I should learn sass or if CSS4 is coming out soon. because I heard it's similar to those two languages.
