[Not resolved] Web overflow hidden

Question

why in the css the
'overflow: hidden;' of the body
doesn't works ?

i am not sure for what you are going but i cant scroll the page and nothing seems to be off when it starts ... i cant drag the elements after the instructions but thats all

edit:
i removed the hidden overflow and now i CAN scroll the page which was not possible before ... so i think it all works ^^
i realy like the animation at start btw

no... the bottom of the page dosn't do this overflow...
