Can anyone help me create an app from scratch??

Question

I am a new user to SL and my aim is to learn at least a programming language. I have knowledge at HTML but I would like to go further for example leaning C or C#. But the problem is that if I learn a specific programming language I am really confused how I will use my knowledge to create software as long as they require building of GUI many other things. Can anyone help me or at least tell me any tutorial or a specific program except VisualStudio or CodeBlocks. Thanks.

Check out Sketchware. It helps you make apps very easily and you can also view the source code in Java to get an idea of what is going on.
