Which programming language is best to make a video game with good graphics and visuals

Learn Unreal Engine. It doesn't really require any programming to start messing with it, and it is capable of 'good graphics and visuals'. Get to know some other engines to understand what are the requirements of game development. Programming language is like 1% of what is required to make a good game.
