Android & C++?!

Hi guys
i am very beginner in c++ and to the programming.
everywhere i asked about this question?
Can I developed C++ Only Using C++ Code and make a great app or game?
and the answers was yes and no?!
( Yes) with ndk , i searched for courses but nothing :(
and ( No ) to try learning java it's much easier.
some people tell me to go with c# , others with vb6
Now i don't know what to do? i need a programming language that can do anything apps for Windows or mac or Linux, mobile development for all OS
