I think Python is the easiest programming language for beginners. Html and CSS are markup languages.

C/C++ can be good to understand a lot of basic computer science principles but Python has less mumbo-jumbo for a starter. Consider which is easier if you were a complete beginner: print("Hello World!) or #include <iostream> using namespace std; int main (){ cout<<"Hello World!"<<endl; return 0; }
