How to create view a database file?

I'm a begginner in SQL .i Create a database.it shows "sucessfully completed".Now i want to view the database but this file doesn't exist anywhere.i saved the file i dont know what is the problem..can anyone help me ?

In what enviroment do you want to create the view ?

Sql server management studio or visual studio c# or a other IDE.
