Depends on you want to make.

If you need C learn C.

Same for Java.

Since C is not on this platform. It would be easier to learn the basics of Java.

java would be easier to learn in comparison to C because of the built in garbage collector for an example. When you are done learning java, it will probably be easier to learn other languages and C will look a little bit easier.
