How do you get code::blocks when your on a tablet?

Try CppDroid on an android Tablet. It has support for projects and c++11.

My laptop can be seperated to tablet so I do the same way (・。・)

But well all currently compiler in android is online compiler
and yeah all suck

afaik Code::Blocks can't currently run on tablet(which is not port from pc)
But I maybe wrong so don't 100% hopeless
