Should we use BlueJ or Eclipse for java programming?

yes u can. Instead its good if u use BlueJ

I think that its better to use a proper IDE, like IntelliJIDEA or Eclipse because BlueJ is only good for the way it visualises the classes. Which means you have a better idea of how classes are visually implemented however BlueJ would'nt help you when theres syntax or logical errors and where about that error could be and more.
