What's the merit of HackerRank vs SoloLearn vs Topcoder, etc.?

There are a ton of different learning tools to use and get ranked from, so which is the most valuable to a potential employer? Obviously having a top 10 rank in HackerRank would be different from SoloLearn, but there are so many tools..

Agree with Ahri Fox, SoloLearn is more toward beginner level.
