A noob in need

Question

Hello im new in this programming world,well not actually new cause i gave up last time because i couldn't understand thies things at all ! So here i am trying to understand programming again.Can somebody teach or at least give tips for a totall noob ? (and btw am i the only one who thinks that the programming languages are harder than japanese? )

start with python or ruby. they're pretty easy to learn.
