Hi there, I am currently doing that course, and have done the HTML part, so I need to do CSS and JavaScript. In my opinion, it is a good course so far, and I think it's useful for those who want to start learning how to create websites. If you do find that you need more, you can take other SoloLearn courses: there are separate ones for HTML, CSS and JavaScript, which I'm assuming go into more depth and teach you a lot more principles about developing websites. But I do personally think the web development fundamentals course is good enough for teaching you how to make a pretty decent website. Hope that helps

Actually, it'll give you a great start, but for a better understanding of the Technologies used, you should take the individual courses, that is; HTML, CSS and JavaScript. After then, you can come back and take the web fundamental course. This is just my thought on it, I wish you best of Lucks.
