Can I show another code/page that is my another code bit in this app by using <a> tag .

I wrote a code where I linked my another code that is in sololearn . But I clicked it wants to open in browser! Why it is not open in the sololearn compiler ?

This is here not possible. For that you had to rent a server.

It is not possible(at least I don't know it is, it show error when I try, even with iframe), you can use pages hosted online inside iframe tag but code inside sololearn no.

If you wanna practice this part, do it on pc, or if you can't download some editor for phone.
You can also use some web editors, some of them support file managing, but for me it is really hard to code from phone on web editors.

Here you can, make full website with all pages, hide all except home page by default, when user click at a tag, hide current page and display selected page, but for this you need javascript
