Take it slow. Each step taught, try on your own until you understand that step.

Well I will advice that whenever you learn a topic, try to make a code of it . Save that code and do a quick revision of it(so you will not forget it). "I use a notebook to write all topics on it".

Start learning the basics. Pratice and make small little projects from them. Then revise them. If you find it hard to remeber take a note book and write it down it should help you remember, but one thing is that programming is not about remembering. No programmer knows everything "Stack overflow is our God". Make sure you create projects after you learn basics. Practice at least 5 times a week and aim for 30 mins. Practice every topic you learn. Be patient and learn slowly make sure you get a good understanding of important bits. See other's codes and try to recreate then but without looking at their code. The main thing all these tips have is practice because pratice is the key to be a good programmer. Keep learning slowly you'll feel like you're stronger than Goku :). You'll understand why practice is so important

Nothing is hard, it is all about practice. The more you practice, the more familiarity you get with it and the things will become easier.
