Is here any pro programmer who can tell me if there is a way to build my own basic video game using Python on a phone without pc

I don't have a PC now but just my phone and it's good enough but i wanna make my own apps or games using Python, i see a lot of people making websites and apps on their phones without a PC come guys I'm broke 🤣

In theory, sure you can. The main issue will be testing it etc.
You could write all the code here and then put it all together when you're done.
Graphics and whatnot might be difficult but not impossible on a phone.

You can use Pydroid app to code Python (Normal and GUI) on the phone...

Yes, you can. In fact, I can help you set up your system. However, there is a few problems you will have to face such as the graphics rendering which isn't very good on android. And also, your phone must be a powerful one in order to work more efficiently
