Both are good for those who knows well how to use the engine and owns the skill & knowledge in the related programming language.

If I didn't know C++ and want to try Unreal, or if I didn't know C# and want to try Unity, all will end in failure, eventually.

It depends on your goal. Unreal & Unity are two separate engines and each one focuses on something. Unreal Engine uses blueprints (visual scripting) and C++ to handle the game logic while Unity uses C# to handle the game logic. Unreal is a few steps ahead of Unity when it comes to visuals (graphics quality) but Unity is known to be easier to deal with. The differences list is so long.

Plan your project first then choose the game engine that suits you the most.
