Yes but it depends on your learning Phase. Metaphorically speaking there are 4 different JS phases of growth. The Baby Phase The Child Phase The Teenage Phase The Adult Phase If you are in the Adult phase then yes! But there is nothing wrong with getting a sneak peak at the frameworks before you're fully ready but if you dive too deep it will likely make things more confusing. Honestly I didn't know well javascript(array methods map, filter..., arrow functions, fetching data) but I started to learn React, course I followed use a lot of es6 syntax, so I had to learn all of this. It pushed me to use much more es6 what I didn't used much. If you fill ready you can start to learn framework, when you find things you don't know get back to tutorial and learn it. It is much better to learn something by building things, than by just reading about it. It will push you from comfort zone.
