Why does code repo 9.2 on HTML needs me to buy a subscription?

So I was completing code repo's that I missed in HTML, then I realized that code repo 9.2 needs me to have a subscription, and without completing code repo's I can't have the certificate, wich I want. Can someone help me how to access code repo 9.2 without subscriptions?

Code repo only for pro user.....its depends on you if you want more knowladge then you can subscribe and get badge of code repo.
And if you want html certificate,complete the full html lesson you can got eassily this certificate.

.i try to complete code repo but only 3 coderepo sucessfuly completed and when i try 4th codepro it's say for pro subscription.in present day bits feature only for pro code and codecoach,not for coderepo...
