Search reliable news sources, don't believe everything at face value what you read on the internet.
Cryptocurrency is considered to be pretty much fundamentally unhackable, but it is a fact that it's a very new technology, and the ecosystem around it has not completely stabilized. Hackers always aim for the weakest parts of the system.

It can be true. Given that there is some security flaw in a website, you can use python to take advantage of that.
Your question is however not meaningful. Python is not mandatory, and note that crypto market referrs to exchanges like coinbase or binance or its value but not the cryptocurrency itself (only how it is sold).
The article is probably fake as Apollo says.
You can manipulate markets, but looking for some line of code to cheat it out belongs in movies.
