I don't recommend Intellij IDEA for beginners. But if you really want to learn it.
At the welcome screen where you create New Projects.
You have the option to learn IntelliJ IDEA
There is also a YouTube link provided in the help and Resources section.

But to avoid all the set up and unnecessary stuff.
